Well we weren’t planning to install the radar this week, but the mast mount was ready for pick up from West Marine on Friday, so that spurred us into an impromptu project (isn’t that how it usually works).
A valiant job with Colin up the mast for probably two or three hours install the mount, then the cable, and then, using a carefully crafted cradle attached to the spinnaker pole topping lift line, hoisting and then attaching the unit itself.
Success! Now we just need to get all the wiring below decks sorted, but it looks great.
